My vision for IVGID is straightforward:

  • Protect our community assets.

  • Maintain and improve our recreational facilities responsibly.

  • Strengthen transparency and accountability.

  • Make decisions based on facts, financial discipline, and long-term planning.

  • Listen respectfully to every resident, regardless of viewpoint.

  • And ensure that Incline Village remains one of the most desirable communities in America to live, work, retire, and raise a family.

My approach is steeped in common sense:

  • I believe good governance is not about politics. It is about stewardship.

  • It is about listening before deciding.

  • It is about respecting the taxpayers who fund our community assets.

  • And it is about leaving this community better than we found it.

My focus:

  • Reserve fund policy and protecting against unnecessary draws

  • Capital project cost discipline (beach facilities, utility infrastructure, etc.)

  • Resisting fee and rate increases without full transparency and justification

  • Line-item budget scrutiny, not rubber-stamp approvals
